Rooftop Solar PPA

 

  • A host organization provides unused rooftop for solar array installations

  • The host organization enters into an agreement to purchase the electricity produced by the system for a contract period of 15 to 30 years

  • No capital outlay or upfront cost

  • Fixed energy rates - provides a powerful hedge against volatile electricity prices

  • Exclusive patented products that solve the majority of complex, roof-related issues.

Project Acquisition
 

  • SunConnect actively seeks to purchase select, high-quality, partially developed solar projects from other developers

  • SunConnect will partner with the original developer to successfully take the project through NTP and COD, and deliver it to the long-term end owner 

  • A complementary PPA is not required, nor is it a required closing condition

  • Seeking projects from 1MW to 100MW in size
